My stay at Pagoda Resort in Alappuzha was disappointing, primarily due to poor service and inadequate room conditions. While the location had great potential and the dining experience was decent, the overall management and staff performance left a lot to be desired. I expected much better amenities and maintenance for the price we paid. 😞

The rooms were spacious, but maintenance was lacking with peeling paint, dusty furniture, and malfunctioning air conditioners. I also found mosquitoes, and one room was even given to me dirty. Not what I expected.

Check-in was frustratingly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. My requests often went unanswered, especially for room service, which took far too long. Overall, the service did not meet basic standards.
